**14. Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

   14.1. **Cancellation:** Users can cancel a service booking up to 2 hours  before the scheduled appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.

   14.2. **Late Cancellation:** Cancellations made after the specified time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%

   14.3. **Refunds:** Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

**15. Amendments to the Terms of Use:**

   15.1. **Notification:** Users will be notified of any amendments to the Terms of Use.

   15.2. **Acceptance:** Continued use of the 1Wash App and Website after amendments implies acceptance of the revised terms.

**16. Force Majeure:**

    16.1. **Definition:** Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

   17.2. **Ownership:** 1Wash retains the right to use, modify, or incorporate user feedback without obligation.

   18.1. **Severability:** If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

   18.2. **Waiver:** Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of subsequent enforcement.

   18.3. **Assignment:** Users may not assign their rights and obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from 1Wash.

By using the 1Wash App and Website, users affirm that they have read and understood the Terms of Use, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Users further acknowledge their agreement to comply with these terms while availing themselves of 1Wash services.
